Cambridge English Qualifications Business (BEC)

The BEC suite of exams, comprising B1 Business Preliminary (BEC Preliminary), B2 Business Vantage (BEC Vantage) and C1 Business Higher (BEC Higher), will continue to be available in China but has been discontinued in all other countries. The BEC exams will now take place once a year starting from 2025. The exam dates for 2025 are as follows:

September 13: BEC Preliminary and BEC Higher
September 20: BEC Vantage

Our BEC suite of exams are designed to help learners prove that they have the English language skills needed in a business environment.
