- increasing the number of dates we offer exams and getting candidates their results faster

- being a member of the Institute of Customer Service, so that we can continue to learn new ways to improve our services.

Your feedback is important. It helps us provide better services. We get feedback from our customers in many ways, including:
- customer surveys carried out for us by independent organisations
- giving callers the opportunity to rate the service received from the helpdesk
- pretesting – all our exams are tested by real language learners around the world to help us ensure they are fair and accurate.
