Presenters
Sam Oliver
Sam is an Insight Application Manager at Cambridge University Press & Assessment, where he researches English language learning and education. He applies insights from these areas into our products and resources, and supports English language teachers to navigate the evolving landscape of ELT with confidence. He has a Ph.D. in Linguistics and has taught English in England and South Korea.
Cecilia Harmer
Cecilia is currently Insight Application Manager at Cambridge University Press & Assessment and has been in ELT since 1993. She is also Joint coordinator of IATEFL's Teacher Development Special Interest Group (TDSIG) and has presented both face-to-face and online at many regional, national, and international conferences including Braz-TESOL, TESOL US, TESOL France and IATEFL.
